This is the WORST Bourdain rip I’ve ever seen. Ever. Having said that, your representation of today’s pop-culture reality chef shows…. is just weird.
Honestly, you wouldn’t want the same exposure? I spend tens of thousands of dollars to earn the degree I attained from CIA in Hyde Park NY. I would love nothing more, than a free restaurant…or bar… or something along those lines.
I think it’s “Chef’s” like you, learning from the school of hard knocks, rather than refining your tallents at an actual Culinary school; that makes you this mad.
If you have been through the school loops, then good for you. However, it is shows like these examples you are making… that inspire people to work harder so the masses dont think it’s a drama-fest in the kitchen every night…and only people on television can prepare food well.
Most of these Michelin Star earning chef’s are POP-CHEFs anyways… so why get bent out of fucking shape about it?????
Stick to the line, head down…. cook food; and STFU!
